CASES NEEDED! AMOSS KIDNEY DISEASE IN PREGNANCY NATIONAL CASE STUDY

The Australasian Maternity Outcomes Surveillance System (AMOSS) has a current study looking at significant Kidney Disease in Pregnancy. The promotional flyer with inclusion criteria can be found here (click here for link to flyer). Ethics approval has been obtained for all existing AMOSS hospitals.

Clinicians do not need to do anything apart from alerting AMOSS to potential cases.

If you have a current or recent case of a woman with pre-pregnancy Stage 3b CKD (eGRF< 45 ml/min), dialysis, transplant or acute rise in Serum Creatinine > 150umol/L please notify the case  to AMOSS - Email: amoss@uts.edu.au

Your help in getting cases reported for this study is greatly valued.

I would be grateful if you could pass this email on to any others in your unit or networks who may see pregnant women.
