Mission Statement

Following is a draft Mission Statement for SOMANZ:

To improve outcomes for all women with medical disorders related to pregnancy through the promotion of best-practice care: before, during and after gestation.

To advance clinical excellence in pregnancy-related medical disorders through collaboration with all health professionals who care for pregnant women.

To encorage and provide a supportive academic environment for scientific progress in basic and clinical research, and for professional development through the best training and education at all levels of care.
